Platform Scope

This set of legal documents uses common text across platforms. Platform-specific features and system capabilities apply only where actually provided on the relevant platform and permitted by applicable rules. The current iOS version does not provide invitation-code display, invitation-code sharing, invitation rewards, or custom gift-code redemption. Provisions about using those features do not apply to the current iOS version. Retaining those provisions does not mean that another platform has launched or that those features will be offered in the future.

These feature limitations do not exclude processing of account identifiers, entitlement sources, or necessary records that actually exist in the shared account system. Data processing, account merge, deletion, and necessary retention remain governed by the relevant rules in this set of documents and the records that actually exist. The absence of a user interface does not remove our personal-information protection obligations.

Read Before Purchase

Journey Poster is the English display name of Photo Atlas. Both names refer to the same operator, Bundle ID, account system, and Agreement.

  1. The current new-purchase product is Lifetime Unlock, a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase without auto-renewal. Apple’s purchase confirmation controls price, currency, taxes, and offer eligibility.
  2. A valid Lifetime Unlock provides unlimited exports and removes free-work branding. All users can edit and preview all templates, with a shared 20-photo maximum per Journey.
  3. Eligible accounts receive three cumulative free exports, not a daily or monthly renewal. Accounts already granted one welcome export receive only two additional exports; prior usage is not reset.
  4. Live Photo preview is free. A credit-consuming work is saved to Photos before settlement is requested. An image set counts as one work, not one charge per image. Static and Live Photo outputs are separate works.
  5. Entitlements belong to the verified Journey Poster account. Check the signed-in account and product before paying. Restoration does not charge again or duplicate an entitlement.
  6. Historical monthly subscriptions and export packs are no longer offered through the current new-purchase interface. Their lawful entitlements and transaction records retain the applicable rules. Buying Lifetime Unlock, uninstalling, or deleting an account does not cancel an existing Apple subscription; cancel it separately through Apple.
  7. “Lifetime” means no fixed entitlement expiry while the corresponding service continues, not perpetual operation, storage, or third-party availability. Material changes must respect purchased entitlements and mandatory rights. Family Sharing depends on actual product configuration and Apple’s display; using the same Apple family group does not itself share an entitlement.

You review and affirmatively accept this Agreement in the purchase area and confirm payment through Apple. We record the actual document ID, version, locale, time, App version, Build, URL, and digest accepted. Preparing or publishing a document does not itself create your consent.

Nothing here limits a mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right.

1. Parties and Transaction Documents

This Agreement is between you and Shanghai Chongmu E - Commerce Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 上海冲沐电子商务有限责任公司; Unified Social Credit Code: 91310113MA7F7N8C39), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Journey Poster.” It governs Lifetime Unlock, free exports, historical subscriptions and credits, transaction validation, restoration, refunds, revocations, and entitlement adjustments.

This Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the product description, and the Apple confirmation information together describe the transaction. The product name, local price, currency, taxes, offer eligibility, renewal date, and other terms you see and confirm through StoreKit or the App Store control if they differ from a general description here, subject to applicable law.

Apple processes App Store payment, renewal management, and refund requests under Apple's terms. We verify transactions and deliver Journey Poster entitlements but cannot change your Apple Account payment method or override Apple's transaction or refund decision.

2. Products and Entitlements

Current new-purchase productApp Store Product IDEntitlementType
Lifetime Unlockcom.chongmuec.photoatlas.lifetimeunlimited exports and removal of free-work branding while validone-time non-consumable, no auto-renewal

This Agreement does not fix a price. Apple’s confirmation controls the product name, localized price, currency, taxes, total, and offer eligibility. If Apple cannot load the product, the App does not initiate a purchase at an estimated price.

Historical products com.chongmuec.photoatlas.membership.monthly, com.chongmuec.photoatlas.exports.standard3, and com.chongmuec.photoatlas.exports.member10 remain relevant only for existing transactions, entitlements, restoration, and refunds. Historical clauses do not offer these as current new-purchase products.

3. Historical Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

This section applies only to existing historical monthly subscriptions, not Lifetime Unlock. Each verified historical initial purchase or renewal retains its membership period and the original grant of 12 cycle credits, valid for 31 days after grant. It does not automatically become Lifetime Unlock.

An existing subscription may continue renewing unless canceled through Apple. Apple’s subscription-management and purchase information controls renewal status, billing date, currency, price, and offers. Removing the old purchase interface does not cancel an Apple subscription, and buying Lifetime Unlock does not cancel it either.

Material price or entitlement changes require the notice and consent required by applicable law and Apple rules. This update does not retroactively reduce lawful historical paid entitlements.

4. Lifetime Unlock and Shared Features

While Lifetime Unlock is valid:

  • exports are unlimited and do not consume free or historical credits;
  • free-work Photo Atlas branding is removed, while map-provider attribution required by law or service terms remains; and
  • current templates and future templates/functions added to this App are included, subject to each template’s supported output choices.

All users can edit and preview every template. There is no paid-tier Journey count or daily creation limit, and each Journey has the same 20-photo maximum. Private iCloud sync does not require purchase but depends on Apple, connectivity, and storage. Unlimited exports do not remove device, resource, permission, online-settlement, or reasonable anti-abuse constraints. They do not automatically include future separately sold products or third-party services. Any inclusion expressly promised at purchase must be honored.

Historical membership remains governed by its transaction and does not automatically grant permanent unlimited exports. Features now open to all users do not become restricted again when old membership expires.

5. Export Credits and Expiration

SourceQuantity or ruleExpiration
Free welcome allowancethree cumulative exports for an eligible account; a prior one-credit grant receives only two more, without resetting usageno preset fixed expiry; no daily or monthly reset
Historical subscription cycle12 per verified initial purchase or renewal31 days after grant
Historical standard packthree per purchaseno preset fixed expiry
Historical member packten per purchase, not reduced to three on expirationno preset fixed expiry
Historical promotions, invitations, gifts, or service adjustmentsoriginal rules apply only to records that exist; current iOS offers no invitation or custom redemption interfaceoriginal grant terms

Creating, editing, and previewing remain available after free exports are used. Without Lifetime Unlock, valid historical credits may still be used for new works, prioritizing the earliest expiry. Lifetime Unlock does not consume these balances, but historical time-limited credits still expire on their original dates.

No preset fixed expiry means no additional fixed deadline while the corresponding service continues, not perpetual operation or storage. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or freely transferred outside the account, except in an eligible complete merge. Material service changes or termination must address unused paid entitlements as required by law.

6. When One Export Credit Is Used

A final work may be a single still image, an image set, a long image, or a Live Photo generated from selected photos, text, crops, route, layout, and template settings. Output choices vary by template.

For a credit-consuming new work without Lifetime Unlock, the App first generates and successfully saves it to Photos, then requests server settlement and use of one credit. An entire static-image set uses one credit, not one per image. Single-image, image-set, and long-image forms share a static-work identity; Live Photo uses a separate identity. Changes affecting the final output may create a new work.

Editing and previews, including Live Photo previews, use no credit. Generation failure, refusal of Photos saving permission, saving failure, or failed prerequisite checks before settlement use no credit. Canceling an Apple purchase before payment uses no credit. A valid Lifetime Unlock export does not consume credits.

No additional credit is used for saving the same successful work on the same device, retrying settlement with the same work identity, duplicate settlement requests, or rebuilding a server-confirmed same-device work when its local finished file is missing but the original material is complete. Free reconstruction or same-work identification across devices or without original resources is not guaranteed.

If an image set fails partway through saving, some Photos items may remain, but that operation does not request new successful settlement. If saving succeeds and a network response or local record later fails, an error alone does not establish whether settlement occurred. Reconcile and retry using the same work identity and server ledger; an already settled work is not charged again. Saving retries can create duplicate Photos items for you to manage.

Deleting a saved copy, canceling later sharing, or a recipient’s lack of Live Photo support does not automatically reverse completed settlement. Contact support to investigate a system or ledger error.

7. Purchase Validation and Account Assignment

An entitlement becomes available after Apple's signed transaction passes server validation and the server records the grant. Each Apple transactionId grants an entitlement only once. Notification retries, repeated verification, and restoration do not duplicate a grant.

The App uses an App Account Token stably associated with the Journey Poster account signed in at purchase. Transaction records retain the original purchasing account and Apple identifiers. A complete account merge can associate the current entitlement with the retained account but does not rewrite the original payment record.

If a transaction is associated with another active Journey Poster account, it is not silently reassigned. Sign in to the original account or complete an eligible full merge. Historical subscription-beneficiary migration applies only to supported subscriptions; it is not an arbitrary transfer mechanism for Lifetime Unlock, export credits, or Journeys.

8. Restore Purchases

After signing in to the original Journey Poster account, Lifetime Unlock status and remaining historical credits normally restore from our ledger. For a reinstall, device change, missing grant, ownership conflict, or stale status, use Restore Purchases in the purchase area and the original Apple purchasing account.

Restoration does not charge again, duplicate an entitlement, or reactivate a refunded or revoked purchase. If the old Journey Poster account was deleted, a still-valid permanent purchase can be bound to the current account after Apple transaction and ownership verification. Registration alone does not restore purchases, deleted Journeys, former login relationships, or every old credit. Contact support rather than purchasing again if verification fails.

Historical consumable three-credit and ten-credit purchases are generally not redownloaded from Apple; unused balances are reconciled from the original server ledger. Restoring a historical subscription does not duplicate cycle credits already granted.

9. Canceling Historical Auto-Renewal

You may cancel renewal without a cancellation fee through Apple:

  1. Open iPhone Settings;
  2. tap your Apple Account name;
  3. tap “Subscriptions”;
  4. select Journey Poster; and
  5. tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm if the option is available.

This section applies only to historical subscriptions; Lifetime Unlock has no renewal to cancel. You may also follow Apple's subscription cancellation instructions. To avoid an unintended renewal, complete cancellation before the next billing date shown by Apple.

Cancellation normally leaves the current paid period active until its displayed expiration. It does not itself issue a refund and does not remove cycle credits that remain within their 31-day grant period.

Uninstalling the App, signing out, deleting a Journey Poster account, changing devices, or switching iCloud accounts does not cancel Apple renewal.

10. After Historical Membership Expires

This section applies only to historical subscription membership. Expiration does not delete Journeys, drafts, or successful works. It does not reinstate the former Journey-count, daily-creation, five-photo, or member-template restrictions removed in this version. The shared 20-photo maximum remains.

Without Lifetime Unlock, a new work still requires a valid credit. Unused paid credits retain their quantity and expiry terms; cycle credits expire 31 days after each grant. An expired historical subscription does not invalidate Lifetime Unlock. Refund or revocation of the permanent purchase is addressed below.

11. Refunds, Revocations, and Adjustments

Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.

Apple receives and decides App Store refund requests under its refund process and applicable law. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. This Agreement does not reduce a refund, rescission, charge-dispute, or other consumer remedy provided by applicable law.

When Apple sends a valid refund or revocation, we adjust the entitlement associated with that transaction:

  • revoke Lifetime Unlock associated with the refunded or revoked transaction, without revoking an unrelated valid permanent purchase; verify an Apple-confirmed refund reversal or other valid status change;
  • recalculate the applicable historical membership expiration;
  • invalidate unused cycle or separately purchased credits from the refunded transaction;
  • do not create a negative balance for credits already used, expired, or previously invalidated;
  • do not delete a work already generated and saved locally or to the system Photos library before the refund; and
  • do not affect an unrelated transaction, invitation, gift code, or service adjustment.

If you see a duplicate charge, a charge without a timely entitlement, or an incorrect display, retain the Apple receipt and transaction time and contact us. We can verify the signed transaction and Journey Poster ledger, but Apple controls the actual App Store refund. Mandatory law controls if it provides a different result.

12. Account Merge and Historical Subscriptions

Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.

A verified active Lifetime Unlock becomes usable by the retained account in an eligible complete merge, without stacking duration or rewriting original payment evidence. The following rules apply to historical credits and subscriptions and do not offer those products for new purchase.

For a complete account merge:

  • membership expiration becomes the later of the two dates; remaining membership durations are not added;
  • unused credits from subscription cycles and separate purchases on both accounts are added and retain their original expiration rules;
  • promotional, welcome, invitation, gift, and compensation credits are deduplicated under the relevant program rule and, unless a specific rule states otherwise, the larger available amount in the same category is retained; and
  • each source transaction remains historically associated with its original purchasing account.

Example: Account A is a member until September 1 and has eight unused separately purchased credits. Account B is a member until October 1 and has three unused separately purchased credits. After merge, membership lasts until October 1 and all eleven unused separately purchased credits remain. If each account has one welcome credit and the program limits a merged user to one welcome credit, the merged account has one welcome credit.

Two accounts with active Apple subscriptions may be merged, but the merge does not cancel either subscription. Each genuine renewal can continue to bill through Apple and grant its own 12 cycle credits until you separately cancel the subscription you no longer want. The confirmation screen should display the subscription count and irreversible entitlement result before merge.

13. Family Sharing

The App Store product page and Apple purchase confirmation show whether a specific restorable product supports Family Sharing. The product configuration in effect at purchase controls. Consumable export-credit balances are maintained in the Journey Poster account ledger and are not transferred merely because Apple Accounts are in the same family group.

If Apple or we change Family Sharing availability for future transactions, the current App Store disclosure and applicable Apple rules control. A change does not retroactively remove a non-waivable right or an entitlement Apple has already confirmed for a family member.

14. Account Deletion, Uninstall, and Device Change

After account deletion, registration alone does not inherit former login relationships, Journeys, or all account entitlements. A still-valid, unrefunded and unrevoked Lifetime Unlock may be bound to the current account through Restore Purchases after verification with the original Apple purchasing account. This does not restore deleted data. Deletion does not automatically refund a purchase or extinguish mandatory protections for purchased rights.

Deleting the Journey Poster account, signing out, uninstalling, changing devices, or switching iCloud accounts does not cancel Apple auto-renewal or submit a refund request. Manage the subscription in your Apple Account before deleting Journey Poster if you no longer want renewal.

Account deletion stops use of account entitlements and does not cause a newly registered account to inherit them. Necessary transaction, refund, consent, security, and dispute records are retained under the Privacy Policy. Works already saved in the system Photos library are not deleted.

15. Service Changes and Responsibility

We may change products offered in the future for product, security, cost, Apple-policy, or legal reasons. A terms update alone will not retroactively reduce the Lifetime Unlock, historical current-period entitlement, or unused separately purchased credit you have already paid for and lawfully obtained. We will provide notice, consent, refund, replacement, or another remedy when required by applicable law.

A temporary interruption caused by Apple, a network, device, missing photo, iCloud, map service, or system permission does not automatically mean the transaction failed. We are responsible for a persistent service failure to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes a consumer right or business responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Language, Law, Disputes, and Contact

The English and Simplified Chinese versions are localized counterparts intended to describe the same product facts and core rules. For a user who is shown and affirmatively accepts the English version, the English text governs that acceptance to the extent of an inconsistency, subject to non-waivable applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China, except that the choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. The parties may first attempt a good-faith informal resolution. An unresolved claim may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This Agreement does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
