Platform Scope

This set of legal documents uses common text across platforms. Platform-specific features and system capabilities apply only where actually provided on the relevant platform and permitted by applicable rules. The current iOS version does not provide invitation-code display, invitation-code sharing, invitation rewards, or custom gift-code redemption. Provisions about using those features do not apply to the current iOS version. Retaining those provisions does not mean that another platform has launched or that those features will be offered in the future.

These feature limitations do not exclude processing of account identifiers, entitlement sources, or necessary records that actually exist in the shared account system. Data processing, account merge, deletion, and necessary retention remain governed by the relevant rules in this set of documents and the records that actually exist. The absence of a user interface does not remove our personal-information protection obligations.

Read Before Purchase

Journey Poster is the App's English display name. The same App is displayed as Photo Atlas in Simplified Chinese. Both names refer to the same operator, Bundle ID, account system, products, and this Agreement and are collectively referred to as the “App.”

  1. The monthly membership is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, currency, taxes, introductory-offer eligibility, renewal price, and billing terms are the information returned by StoreKit and displayed in the App Store purchase confirmation sheet at the time of purchase.
  2. Each verified initial subscription purchase and successful renewal grants membership for that subscription period and 12 cycle export credits. Those cycle credits expire 31 days after grant.
  3. A standard consumable grants three export credits. A user who is an active member at purchase may purchase the member product granting ten export credits. The App Store purchase sheet controls the actual price. Separately purchased credits have no preset expiration and do not include or extend membership.
  4. Membership does not provide unlimited exports. Generating a new final work uses one export credit. Saving or sharing the same successfully settled work again does not use another credit.
  5. Canceling renewal does not end the current paid period immediately and is not a refund. Uninstalling, signing out, deleting a Journey Poster account, or changing devices does not cancel an Apple subscription.
  6. Entitlements are assigned to the Journey Poster account signed in when payment is initiated. Before confirming, check the current account, product, price, duration, renewal terms, and quantity shown.
  7. Family Sharing availability is determined by the App Store product page, purchase confirmation, and the product configuration in effect when you purchase. Do not assume that a subscription or consumable can be shared merely because members of an Apple Family Sharing group use Journey Poster.

By affirmatively accepting this Agreement in the purchase area and confirming payment through Apple, you agree to this Agreement. Before initiating payment, the App records the agreement ID, version, locale, time, App version, Build, public URL, and source digest associated with your acceptance.

Nothing in this Agreement limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Parties and Transaction Documents

This Agreement is between you and Shanghai Chongmu E - Commerce Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 上海冲沐电子商务有限责任公司; Unified Social Credit Code: 91310113MA7F7N8C39), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Journey Poster.” It governs the monthly membership, export-credit products, transaction validation, purchase restoration, renewal, refund, revocation, and entitlement adjustments.

This Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the product description, and the Apple confirmation information together describe the transaction. The product name, local price, currency, taxes, offer eligibility, renewal date, and other terms you see and confirm through StoreKit or the App Store control if they differ from a general description here, subject to applicable law.

Apple processes App Store payment, renewal management, and refund requests under Apple's terms. We verify transactions and deliver Journey Poster entitlements but cannot change your Apple Account payment method or override Apple's transaction or refund decision.

2. Products and Entitlements

Member export packcom.chongmuec.photoatlas.exports.member10ten export credits per verified transaction when the purchaser is an active member at purchaseconsumable in-app purchase

This Agreement does not state a fixed price. The actual localized price, offer, tax, currency, and total displayed by Apple before confirmation apply to that transaction. If the membership has expired, the App should revalidate status and should not continue to sell a member-only export product.

3. Auto-Renewing Monthly Membership

The subscription period is one month. Unless canceled, Apple automatically renews the subscription and charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to the renewal date and terms shown by Apple.

An introductory or promotional price applies only if Apple determines that your Apple Account is eligible and displays the offer in the purchase confirmation sheet. Prior use of an offer in the same subscription group, a restored subscription, region, account history, or another Apple condition may make you ineligible. If no qualifying offer is displayed, the price shown by Apple is the price you are asked to confirm.

We display the recurring nature, duration, entitlement, and a link to manage the subscription in the purchase area. Apple may also provide system, email, receipt, price-change, or consent notices. A price increase or material entitlement change is handled under applicable law and Apple rules, including renewed consent where required.

4. Membership Features

During an active membership, the current product design provides:

  • relief from the free limit of two saved Journeys and two Journey creations per day, subject to reasonable technical and security limits;
  • up to 20 eligible photos in a Journey used to generate a work;
  • member templates;
  • 12 cycle export credits for each verified initial purchase or renewal; and
  • eligibility to purchase the ten-credit member export pack while membership remains active.

Features remain subject to iOS, device capacity, selected-photo completeness, security controls, product safety limits, and the description displayed before purchase. Private iCloud sync is not a membership-only feature; free users and members have the same CloudKit private-sync eligibility when iCloud is available.

5. Export Credits and Expiration

Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.

Subscription cycle12 for each verified initial purchase or renewal31 days after grant
Standard export packthree per verified purchaseno preset expiration
Member export packten per verified purchaseno preset expiration

Separately purchased credits do not shrink or expire merely because membership ends. “No preset expiration” means no fixed expiration while Journey Poster continues to offer the corresponding export service. It is not a promise of perpetual product operation, perpetual file storage, or permanent third-party availability. If the service materially changes or ends, unused paid digital entitlements will be handled as required by applicable law.

When several credit sources are available, the ledger uses the eligible credit that expires first, where practical, to reduce loss. Credits are not cash, cannot be resold, and cannot be transferred outside the Journey Poster account except through an eligible complete account merge described below.

6. When One Export Credit Is Used

A “final work” is the final image created after you select photos, text, crop, route position, layout, and template and ask the App to generate a work for saving or sharing.

The App uses one export credit only after local generation succeeds and the server atomically records the work settlement. A change to photos, text, crop, route position, layout, template, or another setting that affects the final image produces a new work.

The following do not use an additional credit:

  • saving or sharing the same successfully settled work again;
  • retrying the same work identifier after a network-response interruption;
  • repeated submission of the same idempotent settlement request; or
  • rebuilding the same work without charge when the local file is lost, the source material remains complete, and the server confirms the same successful work on the same device.

The following do not use a credit:

  • previewing, editing, or switching templates;
  • a local generation failure before server settlement;
  • failure of membership, photo-count, template, or credit validation; or
  • canceling before confirming payment with Apple.

After successful generation and settlement, dismissing the iOS share sheet or denying permission to add the file to Photos does not reverse the work or credit fact. If the local source remains available, the App should allow the same work to be saved or shared again without another credit.

7. Purchase Validation and Account Assignment

An entitlement becomes available after Apple's signed transaction passes server validation and the server records the grant. Each Apple transactionId grants an entitlement only once. Notification retries, repeated verification, and restoration do not duplicate a grant.

The App uses an App Account Token stably associated with the Journey Poster account signed in at purchase. Transaction records retain the original purchasing account and Apple identifiers. A complete account merge can associate the current entitlement with the retained account but does not rewrite the original payment record.

If a transaction is already associated with another Journey Poster account, the system does not silently take it. It should identify the conflict and offer a path to the original account, an eligible complete account merge, or a supported migration of subscription beneficiary. A beneficiary migration does not move Journeys or export credits unless the merge confirmation expressly includes them.

8. Restore Purchases

After you sign in to the original Journey Poster account, membership and remaining export credits normally restore from the server ledger. “Restore Purchases” is an exception-reconciliation process for:

  • a reinstall or new device requiring a refresh from Apple;
  • an Apple charge or renewal that the server did not record;
  • a conflict between the current Journey Poster account and the account associated with the transaction; or
  • a subscription state that has not updated correctly.

Restoration does not charge again and does not grant the same 12 cycle credits twice. Consumable three-credit and ten-credit products are generally not redownloaded from Apple; the unused balance is restored from the Journey Poster itemized server ledger.

9. Canceling Auto-Renewal

You may cancel renewal without a cancellation fee through Apple:

  1. Open iPhone Settings;
  2. tap your Apple Account name;
  3. tap “Subscriptions”;
  4. select Journey Poster; and
  5. tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm if the option is available.

You may also use a subscription-management link in the App or follow Apple's subscription cancellation instructions. To avoid an unintended renewal, complete cancellation before the next billing date shown by Apple.

Cancellation normally leaves the current paid period active until its displayed expiration. It does not itself issue a refund and does not remove cycle credits that remain within their 31-day grant period.

Uninstalling the App, signing out, deleting a Journey Poster account, changing devices, or switching iCloud accounts does not cancel Apple renewal.

10. After Membership Expires

When membership expires, the account returns to current free-tier limits, but existing Journeys, drafts, and successful works are not intentionally deleted merely because of expiration:

  • Journeys above the free saved-Journey limit remain viewable, but creating another Journey may be blocked until the account is within the free limit;
  • a Journey using 6 through 20 photos remains viewable, editable, and previewable, but a new export requires renewed membership or reduction to the free photo limit;
  • a member-template draft remains, but a non-member cannot generate a new final work from a member-only template;
  • separately purchased unused credits remain available for exports allowed by the free tier;
  • cycle credits remain until 31 days after each grant; and
  • a ten-credit pack purchased while membership was active does not convert to three credits.

11. Refunds, Revocations, and Adjustments

Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.

Apple receives and decides App Store refund requests under its refund process and applicable law. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. This Agreement does not reduce a refund, rescission, charge-dispute, or other consumer remedy provided by applicable law.

When Apple sends a valid refund or revocation, we adjust the entitlement associated with that transaction:

  • recalculate the applicable membership expiration;
  • invalidate unused cycle or separately purchased credits from the refunded transaction;
  • do not create a negative balance for credits already used, expired, or previously invalidated;
  • do not delete a work already generated and saved locally or to the system Photos library before the refund; and
  • do not affect an unrelated transaction, invitation, gift code, or service adjustment.

If you see a duplicate charge, a charge without a timely entitlement, or an incorrect display, retain the Apple receipt and transaction time and contact us. We can verify the signed transaction and Journey Poster ledger, but Apple controls the actual App Store refund. Mandatory law controls if it provides a different result.

12. Account Merge and Multiple Subscriptions

Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.

For a complete account merge:

  • membership expiration becomes the later of the two dates; remaining membership durations are not added;
  • unused credits from subscription cycles and separate purchases on both accounts are added and retain their original expiration rules;
  • promotional, welcome, invitation, gift, and compensation credits are deduplicated under the relevant program rule and, unless a specific rule states otherwise, the larger available amount in the same category is retained; and
  • each source transaction remains historically associated with its original purchasing account.

Example: Account A is a member until September 1 and has eight unused separately purchased credits. Account B is a member until October 1 and has three unused separately purchased credits. After merge, membership lasts until October 1 and all eleven unused separately purchased credits remain. If each account has one welcome credit and the program limits a merged user to one welcome credit, the merged account has one welcome credit.

Two accounts with active Apple subscriptions may be merged, but the merge does not cancel either subscription. Each genuine renewal can continue to bill through Apple and grant its own 12 cycle credits until you separately cancel the subscription you no longer want. The confirmation screen should display the subscription count and irreversible entitlement result before merge.

13. Family Sharing

The App Store product page and Apple purchase confirmation show whether a specific subscription supports Family Sharing. The product configuration in effect at purchase controls. Consumable export-credit balances are maintained in the Journey Poster account ledger and are not transferred merely because Apple Accounts are in the same family group.

If Apple or we change Family Sharing availability for future transactions, the current App Store disclosure and applicable Apple rules control. A change does not retroactively remove a non-waivable right or an entitlement Apple has already confirmed for a family member.

14. Account Deletion, Uninstall, and Device Change

Deleting the Journey Poster account, signing out, uninstalling, changing devices, or switching iCloud accounts does not cancel Apple auto-renewal or submit a refund request. Manage the subscription in your Apple Account before deleting Journey Poster if you no longer want renewal.

Account deletion stops use of account entitlements and does not cause a newly registered account to inherit them. Necessary transaction, refund, consent, security, and dispute records are retained under the Privacy Policy. Works already saved in the system Photos library are not deleted.

15. Service Changes and Responsibility

We may change products offered in the future for product, security, cost, Apple-policy, or legal reasons. A terms update alone will not retroactively reduce the current-period entitlement or unused separately purchased credit you have already paid for and lawfully obtained. We will provide notice, consent, refund, replacement, or another remedy when required by applicable law.

A temporary interruption caused by Apple, a network, device, missing photo, iCloud, map service, or system permission does not automatically mean the transaction failed. We are responsible for a persistent service failure to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes a consumer right or business responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Language, Law, Disputes, and Contact

The English and Simplified Chinese versions are localized counterparts intended to describe the same product facts and core rules. For a user who is shown and affirmatively accepts the English version, the English text governs that acceptance to the extent of an inconsistency, subject to non-waivable applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China, except that the choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. The parties may first attempt a good-faith informal resolution. An unresolved claim may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This Agreement does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
