Platform Scope
This set of legal documents uses common text across platforms. Platform-specific features and system capabilities apply only where actually provided on the relevant platform and permitted by applicable rules. The current iOS version does not provide invitation-code display, invitation-code sharing, invitation rewards, or custom gift-code redemption. Provisions about using those features do not apply to the current iOS version. Retaining those provisions does not mean that another platform has launched or that those features will be offered in the future.
These feature limitations do not exclude processing of account identifiers, entitlement sources, or necessary records that actually exist in the shared account system. Data processing, account merge, deletion, and necessary retention remain governed by the relevant rules in this set of documents and the records that actually exist. The absence of a user interface does not remove our personal-information protection obligations.
Journey Poster is the App's English display name. The same App is displayed as Photo Atlas in Simplified Chinese. Both names refer to the same operator, Bundle ID, account system, services, and these Instructions and are collectively referred to as the “App.”

2. Issues We Can Help With
Scope note: invitation and gift-code references below concern only applicable features or records that actually exist, subject to Platform Scope above. They do not offer an invitation reward or redemption service in the current iOS version.
- phone, Apple, email, or version-supported Google sign-in and account-linking issues;
- account conflicts, complete account merge, and supported subscription-beneficiary migration;
- selected photos, place labels, Apple Maps routes, and work generation;
- private iCloud sync, reinstall restoration, incomplete snapshots, storage inventory, and deletion;
- membership, auto-renewal, export credits, invitation codes, and gift codes;
- an Apple charge not reflected in entitlements, Restore Purchases, or an entitlement affected by refund or revocation;
- account deletion and requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information;
- consent withdrawal, privacy appeals, and explanation requests; and
- complaints about service rules, content, privacy, security, or consumer rights.
3. Information That Helps Us Investigate
Please provide only what is reasonably necessary:
- date and approximate time of the issue;
- Journey Poster App version and iOS version;
- login method and a redacted phone suffix or redacted email;
- steps, error message, and troubleshooting already attempted;
- a screenshot with unrelated photos, location, phone, and order fields obscured; and
- for a purchase issue, the product name, Apple order date, and necessary receipt or transaction details.
Do not send an SMS or email verification code, Apple or Google password, full government ID, full payment-card number, card security code, unredacted precise location, or unrelated photo original. We do not request those items through support.
4. Purchases, Refunds, and Subscriptions
Apple processes App Store payments. Apple receives and decides refund requests under its refund process and applicable law. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To stop renewal, use iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Journey Poster or the Apple subscription-management page.
We can validate the signed Apple transaction and the Journey Poster product, account assignment, membership, and credit ledger. We cannot change an Apple payment method, approve an Apple refund, or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account.
If Apple charged you but the entitlement is missing, first confirm which Journey Poster account is signed in, then use “Restore Purchases” in the membership area. If the issue remains, contact us before attempting another purchase.
5. Account and Privacy Requests
When you can sign in, use the App controls for login methods, iCloud, Journeys, and account deletion. If you cannot sign in, submit a request by email. We verify identity according to the risk of the request and try not to collect additional information.
For a U.S. privacy request, use “U.S. Privacy Request” in the subject line and state:
- the type of request, such as access, copy, correction, deletion, opt-out, limitation, or appeal;
- your state of residence; and
- the Journey Poster account involved, using a redacted identifier where possible.
Depending on applicable law, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the account, a request from an authorized agent, or authority to act. We explain a denial or limitation when required and provide an appeal path where applicable. We do not discriminate against a user for exercising a privacy right.
Journey Poster does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or make legally significant decisions through profiling. If those practices change, the Privacy Policy and relevant controls will be updated before the new processing begins.
6. Complaint Process
- We record the issue category, time, and necessary material.
- We prioritize security, privacy, ongoing billing, and inaccessible paid entitlements.
- We verify the relevant App, server, Apple transaction, and private CloudKit boundary.
- We respond with a result, request for necessary additional information, or expected next step.
- We correct a confirmed system issue, restore a verified server entitlement, or provide an actionable resolution path.
- We retain only the records necessary for the complaint, review, security, and applicable legal period.
If you disagree with the result, reply to the same email and request review. For a privacy decision, include “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact the attorney general, privacy regulator, consumer-protection authority, or court with jurisdiction where you reside. An agency may not resolve an individual refund or contract dispute, but this does not restrict your right to submit a complaint.
7. Support Boundaries
Support cannot:
- change Apple Maps road or place data;
- directly access the Private Database of a different iCloud Apple ID;
- restore a photo deleted from the system Photos library if no complete synced copy exists;
- approve an Apple refund or change an Apple Account subscription;
- transfer an account or paid entitlement to another person without sufficient verification; or
- promise that Apple, iCloud, a network, or a device will complete an operation by a time we do not control.
Within what we can verify, we will explain the cause, restore an entitlement that the server ledger confirms should exist, correct a Journey Poster system error, and provide a practical next step.
