These Terms are between you and Shanghai Chongmu E - Commerce Co., Ltd. for Photo Atlas 2.0.0, displayed as Journey Poster in English. Please pay particular attention to merging, payment, restoration, deletion, and liability.
1. Agreement and Accounts
An affirmative choice is required for these account terms; continued use does not replace legally required separate or renewed consent. Processing follows the Privacy Policy. Payment follows the Paid Services Agreement and purchase conditions. Apple’s standard EULA continues to govern the App download licence; Apple is not the provider of our account service.
Use identities you lawfully control and protect credentials. Do not impersonate others or trade accounts. Conflicting identities must not be silently overwritten; linking, merging and entitlement reassignment require necessary verification. Removing a third-party account does not automatically delete the App account. Each party remains responsible according to applicable law and fault.
2. Merging and Historical Entitlements
A qualifying complete merge, after both identities are verified and you confirm it, is irreversible. Original payment and entitlement-source evidence is preserved; our server cannot move private data across different iCloud accounts.
Lifetime Unlock does not stack into additional periods. Historical membership keeps the later expiry rather than adding durations; unused paid/subscription credits are combined with original expiry rules, and promotional credits are deduplicated under their original rules. These Terms do not retrospectively remove legally acquired rights. A merge does not cancel Apple subscriptions; multiple subscriptions can continue renewing separately. A limited historical subscription-beneficiary transfer is not a transfer of all data or an unrestricted permanent-purchase transfer. Verifiable entitlement and data effects must be explained before confirmation.
3. Your Content and Storage
You must have lawful rights to selected photos, text and other material and must not infringe privacy, image rights, intellectual property or other rights. You retain your material and lawful works, granting only permission necessary to provide and protect services you request, not public publication or advertising training. Text edits do not rewrite original photos. A work’s use remains subject to its source rights.
Ordinary content is mainly local or in optional private iCloud; Health-derived content follows the protected local scope in its separate notice. Our business servers do not store photo originals, GPS or full routes. Restoration depends on content actually synced; App work history does not back up complete motion files. System Photos/iCloud Photos may separately sync saved works under your settings. Restore Purchases does not restore unsynced or deleted files. Cleanup, uninstallation, device change or missing sources may prevent restoration or regeneration.
4. Works and Third-Party Material
Outputs depend on the chosen template’s supported forms; newly composed motion works are silent and originals remain unchanged. Compatibility, source availability, device and service conditions can limit output. Review photos, location and text before saving or sharing. External recipients process their copies under their own rules; account deletion cannot recall saved or shared copies.
Maps, routes, terrain, imagery and statistics can be estimated, inaccurate or out of date. They are not medical, navigation, rescue, surveying or safety guidance. Legally or contractually required third-party source notices must remain. Lifetime Unlock removes the App’s free branding, not required third-party credit, and implies no provider endorsement.
5. Payment, Refunds and Restoration
This version provides three free exports and a one-time non-consumable Lifetime Unlock, with unlimited exports and removal of free branding under the existing paid-service rules. It does not automatically renew. Historical monthly plans and credits do not automatically become Lifetime Unlock. Apple’s purchase confirmation governs price, currency, taxes and transaction details.
Previewing or cancelling does not consume an export. A chargeable work is settled only after successful saving; repeat saves of the same settled work do not consume another credit under the existing rules, while material changes can make a new work. Counting and reconciliation follow the existing Paid Services Agreement.
Restoration verifies an effective transaction and its ownership without charging again or duplicating rights. It requires the original Apple purchasing account and matching App entitlement, does not silently move another person’s purchase, and does not restore deleted data. Historical consumable credits follow the existing ledger.
“Lifetime” means no fixed entitlement expiry while the corresponding service continues, not perpetual operation, third-party availability or storage. Mandatory consumer rights remain. Lifetime Unlock does not cancel an old subscription. Refunds are normally requested through Apple; we assist with verification and retain our statutory responsibilities.
6. Deletion and Termination
Use the App’s account settings to request deletion, or contact us if unable to sign in; see Account Deletion. Disabling an account, local cleanup and private iCloud cleanup have different completion conditions. Necessary transaction, security and legal records remain for their lawful periods.
Re-registration does not restore an old account or erased content. An effective, unrefunded and unrevoked permanent purchase can be restored after verification of the original purchase and ownership without a new charge; deletion does not erase mandatory paid rights. Sign-out, uninstallation, deletion or permission withdrawal does not cancel Apple subscriptions, request refunds or erase source Health records, Photos or external copies.
Do not infringe rights, commit fraud, falsify transactions, abuse verification or entitlements, bypass permissions, attack or disrupt services. Necessary restrictions, suspension or termination may follow violations, security or legal grounds, with reasonable explanation and appeal except urgent protective action.
7. Intellectual Property, Changes and Liability
Our software, templates, brand and service materials belong to us or their lawful owners. Unlicensed copying, selling or distribution beyond legal exceptions is prohibited. Your own content, lawful works and statutory fair-use rights remain unaffected.
Material adverse service changes receive legally required prior notice and do not retrospectively reduce paid rights lawfully acquired. We use reasonable efforts to restore interruptions. No standard term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or unlawful personal-data processing. Other losses follow fault, causation and applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain.
The service is not directed to children; legally required parental involvement or consent applies. Material changes to these Terms receive notice and any required renewed consent.
8. Law and Remedies
Mainland-China law applies to the extent legally permitted, without excluding mandatory rules, consumer protections or remedies applicable in your residence. You may seek review, contact competent consumer/regulatory authorities, or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction; negotiation does not waive legal remedies.
